I once had a patient in the ICU at Moffitt who had had a stroke and was facing, not recovered, going to a nursing home with a feeding tube. They didn’t come up in geriatrics very much. And we see that too in geriatrics. Alex and Eric, both of you attend in geriatrics. And that helps us get to the decision.
