Staff at the new office provide 24/7 services to help facilitate hospice admissions for hospital and physician referrals and facility-based patients. The hospice provider also offers pet and music therapy, as well as bereavement support services. The single story, prairie-style building will house 14 patient beds.

The network is designed to support providers’ ability to grow and sustain community-based hospice care and leverage their collective scale and resources in value-based payment programs.
