We additionally discussed hospice care as an option for care that might follow the trial of rehabilitation. Many of them aren’t enrolled in hospice before they die. And a lot of them never actually improve their ADLs once they’re sent to SNF. That’s the problem. What are other options? Eric: Yeah.

Why not make it an all-inclusive benefit where we are reimbursed for not just the primary hospice diagnosis care, but exacerbating diagnoses as well? Things like complex wound care. PPS score, the prognostic statement, the disease progression, the ADLs, whatever it was, it was missing one or a multiple of those.
