I saw an advertisement in a magazine with a peg on a woman’s nose, took it to him and said he had started a new trend. With observation, compassionate and skilled care after a couple of interactions she calmed and we witnessed no ‘aggression’. We had a great relationship and laughed a lot despite his plight.
