Connecticut’s statewide Palliative Care Advisory Council (PCAC) plans to work collaboratively with DPH to develop the pediatric hospice program plan, according to Tracy Wodatch, president and CEO of the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home. The ability to build care collaborations is a large part of improving access, she stated.
