Whitaker has been at the helm of the nonprofit since 2014, serving as COO prior to that. By the Bay Health now serves eight counties statewide and provides hospice, palliative and pediatric care, along with skilled nursing home health and grief support. Prior to Calvary Hospital, he was COO at the Jacobi Medical Center.
