Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which requires providers to acquire a building and design a center to house a PACE program. Constructed in 2006 as the Schmidt Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia, the facility was renovated after its closure in 2011. The hospice has an average daily census of 130 patients.
