Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which requires providers to acquire a building and design a center to house a PACE program. Constructed in 2006 as the Schmidt Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia, the facility was renovated after its closure in 2011. Apex Design Build began construction of the facility in 2023.
