Today we would like to announce the first of our plenary speakers for the 13th World Research Congress in Barcelona next year.
Xavier Gómez-Batiste, Chair of Palliative Care at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Vic, Barcelona is the recipient of the 2024 EAPC Cicely Saunders Award.
Xavier will present his award lecture ‘Enhancing the Psychosocial and Spiritual Dimensions of Palliative Care’ during the congress.
