Grief Coach Rebrands to Help Texts, Launches Health Care Worker Support Service

The bereavement care tech platform Grief Coach has rebranded as Help Texts and is expanding its services to include support for health care workers who are contending with stress or burnout. Help Texts offers a mobile service that sends advice and supportive messages via text to bereaved individuals and, as of late December, health care employees. The company convened a group of professionals with experience in grief care to develop the content, from a variety of disciplines.
