Grief Coach Rebrands to Help Texts, Launches Health Care Worker Support Service

The bereavement care tech platform Grief Coach has rebranded as Help Texts and is expanding its services to include support for health care workers who are contending with stress or burnout. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) requirement that hospices provide bereavement care for 13 months following a patient’s death.
