We received the most prestigious award, 2022 Best of Homecare – Leader in Excellence Award, from Home Care Pulse, the leading firm in experience management for home care. The Leader in Excellence Award is the highest recognition awarded by Home Care Pulse and is given to select home care businesses, across the country, that consistently rank among the highest in 10 or more quality metrics. As a Leader in Excellence, Euro-American Homecare is now recognized among the top 10% of home care providers participating in the nationwide Home Care Pulse Experience Management Program.
This accomplishment demonstrates Euro-American Homecare’s dedication to excellent care with quality caregivers. To qualify for this award, some of our clients and caregivers were interviewed each month by Home Care Pulse. Over a 12-month period, Euro-American Homecare received high client and caregiver satisfaction ratings in areas such as caregiver training, compassion of caregivers, communication, scheduling, client/caregiver compatibility, and more. This feedback from clients and caregivers has helped our company set the benchmark high for the level of service that’s delivered by the employees to all clients.
