A Holiday Tribute to Home and Community Care Providers

The holidays are a time to celebrate the joys of the season with family and friends – yet they can also introduce high levels of stress and difficulty.

December is a particularly acute time of year for the thousands of home care providers upon who some of our most vulnerable citizens rely every day. Their needs do not relax, and continuity of service is important even as it feels like the year is winding down.

With caregiver burnout and turnover perhaps the greatest challenge facing home care agencies, it is not only a business imperative to care for home care and community care workers – it is quite simply the right thing to do.

Let’s really let them know how special they are here in the final month of this decade. Here at AlayaCare, we want to ensure we thank them for their efforts throughout this holiday season but of course all throughout 2020. We strongly believe in building a great caregiver experience, and making their lives easier in any way possible.
